Relive LOVELOUD Festival 2017 in Five Minutes

April 30, 2019

On August 24th, 2017, over 17,000 excited fans flooded into the Brent Brown Ballpark at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, for a music festival unlike any other—LOVELOUD.

The day-long festival was founded by Imagine Dragons frontman, Dan Reynolds, who was concerned by the alarming rate of LBGTQ+ youth taking their lives in his home state of Utah. From this concern, the LOVELOUD Foundation, and subsequently LOVELOUD Fest, were born. The single mission of this celebratory event is simple: to spread the message of love and acceptance for LGBTQ+ youth everywhere. All proceeds from the concert went to organizations in support of at risk-LGBTQ+ youth.

In this extended edition recap, go behind the scenes with Dan, fans, and headliners including Walk The Moon, Neon Trees, Krwella, and more, to see the impact LOVELOUD has had on the community since day one.
