AT&T Turn Up the Love at Tribeca Fest 2024

July 12, 2024

On Monday, June 10th, AT&T Turn Up the Love presented an inspiring panel conversation at Tribeca Fest, “AT&T Untold Stories Talk: How Queer Cinema Advances Greater Opportunities.”

Hosted by filmmaker Damon Cardasis, with illustrious filmmaker panelists Christine Vachon, Anthony Caronna, and Don Argott, the conversation explored the transformative potential of LGBTQ+ storytelling and its role in shaping a more inclusive future. A sold out event, attendees had the opportunity to connect with creators whose films have authentically reflected the lived experiences of the LGBTQ+ community and have contributed to greater possibilities for future, inclusive films.

This was the second year that AT&T Turn Up the Love brought an inspiring conversation to the AT&T Untold Stories lounge at Tribeca Fest with the goal of connecting the next generation of film professionals to successful, queer filmmakers. That is so meaningful because connecting to expertise, inspiration, and wisdom has the power to change everything.

Reality TV star Amrit Kapai joined forces with AT&T Untold Stories and Turn Up the Love to share highlights from his conversations with some of the panelists. Watch his interviews below.
